Geeking on yeast washing!

Post by teutonic terror »

Hello, my name is John and I'm a perv!

I'm doing my first yeast washing tonight and I've turned the lights out and I'm watching the separation with a flashlight.
It's taking a lot longer than the 20 minute suggestion in the videos I've watched.
So, I've taken to observing the process with a flashlight to figure how long it actually does take.
I have noticed with a plastic bottle, if you give it a gentle squeeze, the liquid separates to the top quicker.

Yep, I'm Not Right!
