I'm a new brewer, waiting for my first batch to condition.
Looking for recipe ideas for my next brew - Light, Citris and Pale Als are favorites

Are you brewing MrBeer or BrewDemon? Some other HME? Let us know your methods and equipment and we can make some recommendations.
Making beer and stew for the Zombie Apocalypse.

I would definitely suggest using malt, hops, and yeast in the amounts and varieties required to make the beer you prefer. :)
