Absolute newbie here. I was given a rather generic brewing kit as a gift a couple of years ago and, although I did a good amount of research, I never did brew that first batch.
I decided recently to give it another go and purchased a brewdemon primarily because it is geared toward simplicity and small batches. Reviews also claimed that with it, I would be equipped to not only brew beer but cider and mead as well. I can see the refill kits (and complete kits) for brewing cider, but there is absolutely no mention of mead. Has anyone here given mead a try and perhaps be willing to steer me toward a recipe that will work with the brewdemon without huge alterations?
Thanks in advance!

Welcome aboard! I haven't made cider or mead, can't help. You can use other kits or recipes in your BrewDemon fermenter.
