Brewing library

Post by swenocha »

Wondering what you all have in your brewing library. Most of these were gifted to me, with a few used store purchases. I admit I have yet to read half of these... I get recipe inspiration from this shelf, as many are recipe books. Image

Like that selection. I think you would like Historical Brewing Techniques: The Lost Art of Farmhouse Brewing by Lars Garshol as well. I think it would be up your alley. I ran into him speaking on the weekly Beoirfest webstream (https://beoirfest.com/) and bought the book immediately.

Mine reflects progress. I started with Palmer's How to Brew, then Brewing Classic Styles and Clone Brews. I have others, but I probably refer to BCS and Strong's Modern Homebrew Recipes most often. I also have books by modern craft beer founders.
Making beer and stew for the Zombie Apocalypse.
Never mind, there it is.
