Another triathlon done

But just because he's lived this long?

I was actually slower this time that both times I did this same course last year (although I was close to my time last fall), but I've apparently outlasted enough other people that I came in second for men in my age group (or maybe some of the people who were faster than Ilst year aged into the next age group.

I hired a trainer this year, and I think I'll be quite a bit faster when I do this course again in the fall.
