Howdy
Stopping by to say hello and introduce myself. I have been home brewing for almost 30 years but it has been on and off again hobby and has been over two years since I have brewed. I bought a Brewdemon at a "stuff sale" at a local brewery just before COVID hit (I'm retired and prefer brewing small batches) but I'm just now getting around to using it. I have a Brewer's Edge Mash & Boil and usually ferment in glass carboys but next brew will be a small batch in the M&B, fermented in the Brewdemon (hopefully able to keep the fermentation temp down below 74 with the Brewdemon fermenter jacket and cooling packs.

Welcome aboard!
It's been a while, but I did alright with ice packs and a cooler. I used to wrap the ice packs in a hand towel and put them on top of the fermenter. The cooler went in the coolest spot in the basement.
