My new hops are here
I got me some Nelson Suavin, and some Galaxy hops. Now...what to do with them. I have noticed that my white wheat beers really showcase the hops I use in them nicely. Or I may do an APA and combine the two? I have 4 oz of each.

A white wheat with NS would be nice...
The Galaxy is pretty heavy passionfriut which IMHO works in a pale ale or IPA but might be a bit much for a wheat.
Would make an interesting belgian though...

I think your white wheat with the Nelson instead of Citra would be delicious.
