2 Gall 4 life!

Due to space limitations, I still brew exclusively in 2 gal batches. And since i drink most of the beer I make, it's a good volume for me as well. Plus if you end up making a stinker batch, you don't have to choke through 5 gallons (not that I have ever made a stinker batch).

Welcome Don! There is a lot to be learned here, so ask whenever you need to. Curious, what is the most popular beer in S. Africa, or is there a local specialty?

I've only used them in one recipe, a saison. I used them at 20 and 10 minutes. I like this recipe a lot and get a great, white grape flavor and aroma out of them. Almost like a wine for me. I bittered with falconers flight, so could't tell you what adding earlier would do. Good luck.
