Re: What are you brewing/bottling/kegging?
Yesterday, started a maibock, did not get to finish it. Grain-father took a dump on me. It did fine through the mash but when it came to boil time, heating coil (me thunks) died. Re: Fruity Fermentation
Pretty much everything covered above. Build yourself a decent pipeline so your not tempted to condition/bottle too soon. IMHO What I do, but I usually have from 4 to 8 kegs conditioning, I put all fermenting beer/cider, etc in the corner of the room and forget it for atleast 3 weeks, usually closer ...

It will be ok. Relax and enjoy a brewski. It's hard but not impossible to over-due yeast in a batch but your good to go.

Re: How much have you brewed in 2020?
um, I didn't count the cider....but I did find some from 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. it just keeps getting better with age. I've got some 5-6 years old, will drink someday. Have some Mead I made 15 years back, it's ok. Did not count those in my count. Guess I shouldn't count my *shine* since it's n...

Sweet! Looks good!
I like the flip top bottles but I was never able to get a consistent carb with them. They would leak on me, even with new seals.

Re: The No Post Post
Ever notice for those of you on Facebook and see someone post that they made moonshine? Apple, cherry, what ever and what ever. Everclear and favorings is all. Yes is good but they didn't make moonshine. You want to say you made moonshine, then do a mash and cook down and distill , then you made mo...
