Send it to me and I'll check it for you to make sure it's ok to serve to others. I'll be the "beer jester" of sorts, if you'd like :give:

Just did my first batch using steeping grains. It's a Brew Demon Ye Old Nut Brown to which I added 1/4# CaraPils and 1/4# Crystal 40. It smells awesome! I keep going out and in of the house because every time I come in I'm hit with that amazing smell. I will always use grains from now on!

I got a 2.5 batch of Accidental Altbier boiling as I type this. Bottled the LoHud Pale Ale this morning, too.

Some of you from the old Borg know I brewed something I called "+1 Kölsch of Darkness" last year. Well I brewed something like it again, except I used some Hersbrucker hops, and I used WLP029 (White Labs Kolsch) instead of the Wyeast Kolsch. My temps are a bit too warm still for the Wyeast. I shall call it "+2 Kölsch of Darkness".

For those who have no idea what I'm talking about, I'll post the recipe shortly.

Brewed a batch of Honey BMC Ale yesterday morning, bottled a Blue Moonish clone and a Mr. beer Big Red One recipe last night. Bottled my RCE Hop Stoopid clone this am. Was left with 3/4 of a bottle of 8% beer so that was breakfast at 9 am, lol.

Probably done brewing until after the holidays unless I sneak one of my last Mr. Beer kits in. Have 2 more 5 gallons batches to bottle in the next 3 weeks and that'll be it until after New Years :(

Ok, here we go....
Kegged 5 gallons of my Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone.
Transferred Pliny the Elder to secondary and added the dry hops. FG at 1.011 when checked. Added an extra .25oz of Columbus, why?, because it looked lonely all by itself in the freezer. Hope it doesn't hurt my beer.
Kicked a keg of Da Yoopers Pale Ale and the Pliny by using No stinking beer gun. Filled 6 and 4 bottles.
Put the SNPA in the keezer and hooked up the gas. Cleaned everything and realized I've not had lunch. But I have beer.
