Leigh I know you don't like adding new headings but I wonder if in this case you might, if The Hat and Screwy agree, consider adding WATER as another heading under the Yeast, Hops and adjuncts Banner.

The two threads that Dave and Screwy started have some awesome information in them and the discussion of water in brewing is clearly as important as the others. Having the new heading would make it much easier for everyone to find down the road.

A few months ago, there was some activity regarding the "preview" feature, to see the start of the first post in a thread by hovering the pointer of the thread title. Apparently it was semi-working in the "dark" version of the forum. I use the "light" version -- any chance this feature can/will be added to the light version at some point?

Also, from a previous post of mine:
Crazy Climber wrote:The title that appears in the browser window or browser tab for each thread is problematic when multiple tabs are open. What I mean is this: if I open the list of new posts, and ctrl-click (in Windows/IE9) to open a bunch of threads in new tabs, I get "BeerBorg Social - View topic - (topic title)" in the tab name....which basically gets shortened due to space considerations, to "BeerBorg Social - View topic - ..." in every single tab. Makes it hard to differentiate one thread from another, when all the tabs have the same visible name. Another forum that I visit solves this problem by putting the thread title FIRST. That way, you get tabs with names like "Pliny the So-So - ...", "The No Post Post - ...", etc. - which then makes it easy to know which tab is which post.
Just to be clear: these are MINOR issues, and in no way indicate a dissatisfaction with the style, content or administration of the site! It's all good. :clink:
