I brewed my basic stout last night. Already got action in the aerator.

7.5 lbs 2 row
1.0 lb black barley
0.75 lb cane sugar

1 oz nugget 60 min
1 oz nugget 20 min

Munton's Active Brewing Yeast (Dry)

1.056 OG 80% eff

That looks pretty easy, and yummy. Have u tried this with some chocolate or?

Welcome back! Life makes online fun and brewing take a back seat sometimes.... I know my brewing has been at the back of the bus. Pipeline is dead, nuttin here but Beam and Crown.

I've pretty much gotten away from choc malt. I just realized it's not for me ...........

Ah, the one PITA at a delivery point is back off vacation. The General consists is he is a low information busy body that likes to tell everyone what to do.

I'm supposed to meet up this weekend with a buddy of mine that I see only about once a year, and he's got a can of Heady Topper with my name on it. :banana:

Never tried it before, and am looking forward to "meeting" a new friend, just as much as I'm looking forward to seeing my old friend.

He'll be getting an assortment of my home brews in exchange.

I'm not particularly crazy (IMO), and I don't rock-climb. It's just the name of a video game I used to like to play, back in the 80's.
