Just finished bottling 6gal of an American Wheat
"Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain
-- Quaintest thoughts -- Queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today."

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
Yesterday I bottled a double batch of Darkside Wheat, and cold-crashed a 5 gallon batch of Die Hearted, a Two-Hearted clone. Tasted yummy!

Brewed up a Coconut Cream Ale and also got a mixed berry hard apple cider fermenting on Saturday. I wanted a quick pipeline filler and a beer my Kimmy might like so I'm giving this coconut cream ale from Brewers best a shot. We will see how it turns out. This was my first extract batch in almost 3 years. Easy stuff!!!

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
Kegged 5 gallons Why Not a Wit, a nice easy drinker just in time for the grass to stop growing.
Bottled 1 gallon of my Seat of the Pants Sour/w Oak.
Bottled 1 gallon of my TOD wannabe Sour.
Blended 1 gallon SOP with 2 gallons TOD and bottled it.
Racked the remaining 1 gallon SOP and 2 gallons TOD together and set it back upstairs to forget about for months.
I have extra head space, suggestions for what fruit to add next? The 2 pounds of dried cherries and 1.5 of figs are pretty spent.

The sours and blend sound great. I love how we have a few mad scientists here.

Making my Nong Favorites. This time with Dark DME (no space for the grains).

Saturday, bottled up a 5G batch of Jasper's Hobnocker Dark English Ale, it's a clone of Hobgobin Dark English Ale. From the guys who's tried the original, it's supposed to be pretty good, I guess I'll find out in 4 weeks. I put it in 1L and 12oz bottles.

Was at Costco tonight and ran across a 5lb bag of frozen blueberries. 3.5lbs brought the level up to the neck. Let's see what this does in 3+ months.

Naked Cat Traveling Brewery is packed up a off to my LHBS to brew on National Learn to Homebrew day. I'll be brewing my Boatload at 5 IPA and pitching the 2 year old 05 I brought back to life.
It's gonna be a fun day.
