Tweaked the recipe to make it a bit more roasty and and better mouthfeel!
Just started the mash water for Premature Hopulation. It's been chilly and breezy here but it's 65 now and may get to 75 today with little wind. Pretty much perfect for a brew day.

I had to turn my outside water faucets off because of the danger of overnight freezing and having the pipes burst and flood my basement. I was in agony working outdoors Friday. I WISHED it was mid-40s!
