Re: Texas Y'all-my Praline extract w/ steeping grains
How did this turn out? It sounds like it would be a very tasty brew for the winter.

Like others I enjoyed the show and will continue to watch. The whole craft beer virginity angle was pretty cool. Also enjoyed their pairing contest.

Re: What are you drinking?
Beautiful day in my neck of the woods so sat outside with my sister and law and her boyfriend sipping on some homebrew, glad I threw 2 cases in before the weekend. Had Blonde Rye, Blueberry Cream Ale, Dead Ringer IPA and started the day early with a few Sams Harvest Pumpkin Ale's for inspiration on ...

Re: What are you brewing/bottling?
Love this time of year especially since I started the outdoor brewing. First time I have done 2 in one day. First was a pretty involved Pumpkin Ale that included my firsh mash and a MB recipe for a coffee stout where I added steeping grains.

Re: MB Sunday Morning Coming Down
Well I went ahead and brewed this today steeping 4oz each of chocolate malt, crystal 60l, roasted barley, flaked barley and carapils for 30 mins. Didn't add brown sugar. Going to let this go the 3 weeks and planning for about 2 oz in 2 cups of water for a cold steep to avoid any additional bitterness.

Re: Interesting read on facts
Agree on the always on tap when I am out as well. The only exception is if I am somethere that doesn't carry anything good on tap, then I make that the last time I visit that establishment.

Aroma got better as it warmed up. The Centennial ...
